Tofu Turkey

During this time of year, when families are together and sharing a meal, the question always comes up... what do we do with uncle Harold (or crazy Beth, the college student, or insert your family's vegetarian here)? It can be frustrating to all involved when the vegetarians we love are not included in the meal (or are served spaghetti instead. Pasta! It's vegetarian!)

We here at BrixArt began the search for a turkey styled tofu that actually fit in with the other trimmings and fixings that go along with the winter holiday season. After some tries gone horribly wrong and some pretty close calls, we feel we finally have it right! A turkey-style tofu that everyone enjoys.

To order your Tofu Turkey, please fill out the form below. The Tofu Turkey comes "stuffed" with bread-style stuffing. There are also a number of tasty sides to complement your meal. All trimmings are also vegetarian. For reasons personal, we are not able to ship our Tofu Turkey, so you must live in or close to Philadelphia, PA. * Stuffed Onions (Sure to be a treat with your family - Medium sized onions stuffed with a bread crumb and onion mixture. A great compliment to your holiday meal. 1/2 pan should feed 5-7.)

* Fried Farina (Dessert or with the meal, this lemony and sweet treat is made from farina, typically hot cereal, mixed, cooled, cut and then breaded and pan-fried for a wonderful taste treat.)

*These items cannot be made vegan. The Tofu Turkey, gravy and dressing are all vegan.
** Please understand that while these items are vegetarian, they should not be confused with "health food". Like many other dishes at this time of year, they are filled with sodium, carbs, white flour, and tons of butter. (But, hey, that's why we don't sell them but once or twice a year!)
